Human Rights Policy

As a presidential candidate, I strongly believe in the protection of human rights and the right of individuals to make their own choices regarding their medical decisions, religious preferences, and sexual orientation. Therefore, I propose to implement the following policy initiatives to ensure that these rights are federally protected:

1. Protection of Medical Decisions: I will work to ensure that a person's medical decisions are protected at the federal level. This means that individuals should have the right to make choices regarding their own healthcare, including decisions about reproductive rights, medical treatments including gender affirming care.

2. Protection of Religious Preferences: I believe that all individuals should have the right to practice their religion freely and without fear of discrimination. I will work to ensure that religious preferences are protected at the federal level, and that individuals are not discriminated against based on their religious beliefs.

3. Protection of Sexual Orientation: I believe that all individuals should have the right to love and marry whomever they choose, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. I will work to ensure that the LGBTQ+ community is protected at the federal level, and that individuals are not discriminated against based on their sexual orientation or gender identity.

4. Federal Protection of Human Rights: I believe that the protection of human rights should be a federal matter and that it should not be left up to individual states to decide. I will work to ensure that human rights are protected at the federal level, and that individuals are not subjected to discrimination or violations of their rights based on their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic. By protecting these fundamental rights, we can build a more just and equitable society where every person has the opportunity to thrive and live a life of dignity and respect.
